What you’ll be doing:
- Running beautifully plated food from kitchen to table with speed and accuracy
- Keeping the expo line organized and flowing
- Supporting servers and communicating clearly with the kitchen
- Maintaining great energy on the floor, even when it’s busy
What you bring to the table:
- At least 1 year of restaurant experience (required)
- Comfort carrying trays and moving through a fast-paced dining room
- Strong teamwork, urgency, and a positive attitude
- Calm under pressure — you actually enjoy the rush

BARTENDER
Lola’s Waterfront Dining is opening on the Pompano Marina, and we’re looking for experienced bartenders who know how to create great drinks and even better guest experiences.
BARTENDER
What you’ll be doing:
- Craft and serve cocktails, beer, and wine with consistency and style
- Deliver warm, engaging service that keeps guests coming back
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
- Support the team and help train new bartenders as needed
What you bring to the table:
- Prior bartending experience
- Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
- A friendly, energetic, team-oriented attitude
- A genuine passion for hospitality

LINE COOK
We’re building a kitchen team that’s fast, fun, and passionate about great food. As a Line Cook at Lola’s, you’ll prepare high-quality dishes in a lively, open kitchen with marina views, working closely with the culinary team to deliver consistency, flavor, and flair.

What you’ll be doing:
- Executing dishes to recipe and presentation standards
- Keeping your station clean, stocked, and organized
- Supporting the team to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines
What you bring to the table:
- 2–3+ years experience in a high-volume or upscale kitchen
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
FLOOR SUPERVISOR
We’re looking for a hands-on Floor Supervisor who can confidently run the dining room and keep service moving smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:
- Overseeing floor operations during service
- Supporting and guiding servers, bartenders, and hosts
- Jumping in where needed to keep service flowing
- Monitoring guest experience and resolving issues quickly
What you bring to the table:
- Restaurant floor or supervisory experience
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable being visible on the floor
- Ability to multitask between guests and staff
- Strong hospitality mindset and attention to detail
